YO IRISH DANCERS.
So here’s a question for you: Does anyone have size 3.5 or 4 ghillies with the TAN leather bottom that you are willing to part with? I don’t care if they are looking sad, just as long as there are no large holes. I will even pay you monies if you’d like.
I’m getting more of my costume ready for the renn faire and think they would work perfectly with some stockings for my Scottish-inspired costume I made last year. I happen to only have suede-bottomed ghillies and don’t think that’d work because of dirt.

I’m so grateful for your support in advance!
But when are the finalists for IDM’s design a dress contest going to be posted?
What if I wanted to show up in pants and a waistcoat while wearing a bun wig?

I want to try something new.
You may have noticed I design a lot of solo dresses inspired by real-life clothing. (Disney princesses, anyone?) Here’s my new challenge: drawing from a description.
So… Describe a solo dress for me. Anything at all. I just want to practice and see what happens.
Leave it in my ask and I’ll get to it tomorrow or ASAP. <3
Would you like to be a part of a collaboration similar to the MeetingLife journal?
Meet the Traveling Feis Monkey, a sock monkey I made out of a pair of poodle socks. She is ready and willing to travel the United States, and even the world to get the chance to meet other dancers and have a grand adventure.
Are you interested? Check out the details of how to apply to host her at my main blog, Rince go Bragh (not a tumblr). Entries to be a host are due by midnight on July 13th. In the meantime, check out the Traveling Feis Monkey on Facebook to see what she is up to!

Not to dance, sadly. (Injury recovery, still.)
I’ll be hanging out by the champ stages inn the morning. If you see someone with a navy and light blue polka dot skirt, white shirt, and Coach purse, don’t be afraid to come say hi!
